Ruklo uses its own app, and Square Loyalty identifies guests by phone number. With Welcome Back, the card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Pay, always visible and with direct push notifications. Unlike a paper stamp card, it does not get lost.
You pay month to month and cancel at any time. Square Loyalty only works if you process payments with Square, at 2.6% + USD 0.10 per transaction. Welcome Back works alongside the POS you already use.
